The package arrived ahead of schedule. They were in really great shape. I bought them because they were the same as my great grandma had. The beaters brought back many good memories. The seller even penned a small thank you note inside the box which made it extra special. I would highly recommend this seller.

"The Hobbit" hardcover book received was as pictured / described. GREAT book in GREAT condition. EXCELLENT packing for shipment. And, the postage used -- 150 plus vintage mid-1950's three cent stamps even impressed the post office folks!!! This book is a gift to my grandson -- he plans to read it to his two young daughters at some point in the near future. THANKS for the Fast / Smooth transaction -- and the "book".

You are most welcome! I love hearing where the book is going. More parents should read to their kids; my kids were part of a 1,000 book club where my wife read over 1,000 books to each child before they entered first grade. It was a great program run by our school district, and they provided the books in book bags signed out ten books at a time. Thanks again!
