The VHS or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.

Our only complaint is that the printer arrived with ink on the carriage and printhead. This probably happened in transit, since it was shipped with cartridges loaded. We recommend boxing cartridges separately and securely to avoid this problem. We had to clean off the ink with wet paper towels. Ink stains on the printed copies went away after a few days.
