    Unfortunately the guillotine did arrive damaged I reached out to the seller and I’m pleased to say I got a full refund , the plastic bar is what was broken off the seller said to keep the trimmer I have it wrapped up in the packaging it came in and not sure what to do with it.

    Seller lied to me about owning the printer from new and it being 9 months old. From online registration & HMC test sticker on the plug dated Oct 2022. It was 3 years old. Also serial number on the printer did not match the box it came in. Box told its own story and while it was same box in the listing it has been around the block as in taped up & sent a few places since photo in the listing was taken. Was told toner had half left, but was only a quarter lied. Seller out & out lied to me Avoid!

    After I called them out about the HMC test plug dated Oct. 2022 on supplied mains lead (which they said the printer was owned from new for only 9 month) they said it was their own HMC test plug and not the original, I pointed out the Engineer initials on the sticker "JG" did not match their own!
