Seller uses brown masking tape instead of painter's tape and adheres it to card face at top of sleeve. Seller does not use hard backing but wraps the card in WAX PAPER leaving a residue and just an envelope. Seller personally believes toploaders (a TCG trading standard) are a safety hazard. That is an excellent looking card! I am not sure how you have waxpaper on your card, when it is still in a sleeve in the picture, and there is no wax on that side of the paper.
