    Clean PDF file. Searchable. OCR did an okay job with some overlaps (i.e. letters registering as numbers.) Watermarks present on some images but do not impair needed details. Good scan with limited skew. Better price than what I have seen out there and the quick download is nice. Quick provision by seller.
