Would not recommend doing business with this person. We did issue a refund come Monday but not before we were extorted by using negative feedback as leverage before we even got a chance to respond to their messages. As this is against ebay rules, we will not tolerate or continue to do business with someone who behaves in this way. Buyer also claims we used a stamp, we always use tracked shipping so that claim is also false.
