    This seller sold me counterfeit London Underground sandals. The description is inaccurate. I have spoken to the seller and explained to her that they are counterfeit and she is unwilling to accept a return. Authentic London Undergrounds (which I own 10 pairs, same style, same size)are heavy. The seller marketed these as Wood, they are not made of wood. They are faux wood which makes them much more lightweight than an authentic.

    Hi, as I’ve messaged you, I make sure to include photos of all angles and a detailed description so that buyers know exactly what they’re getting. One of my photos showed the materials printed in the strap and says the sole is made from “other materials”. Since I purchased them as London Underground, I believe they are authentic and real wood, but it’s up to the buyer to discern, as the photos clearly show that the brand name is faded. Also, the photos you showed here are not the ones I sold.
