- d***o (18)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseIssue 1: Unit was advertised as "standard power"...it was not. I had to pay an electrician to rewire it appropriately. Issue number 2, the pressure relief valve is defective, confirmed by the manufacturer. Issue 3, the kettle was empty of water and therefore full of air, which is not operational condition, and took alot of time to refill and learn how to vent air out with help from the manufacturer.

After 10 days my monies were refunded in full but I had made plans for the item I purchase and even made other purchases because of this sale. Not receiving item really caused me issues. Seller cut off all communication after refund sent. Was a great item.
