    The condition of this item Was not checked before being sent out. There was a VHS TAPE JAMMED IN COMPARTMENT. WHEN WE CONTACT SELLER WE WERE TOLD TO JIGGLE IT ABOUT NOT ACCEPTABLE. CONSIDERING IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FULLY CHECKED OVER BEFORE POSTING. WE DID RECEIVE A FULL REFUND BUT VERY FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO PACKAGE THE ITEM BACK UP AND WAIT IN FOR COLLECTION.

    the item has been returned a full refund has been issued, we apologise for leaving a tape in the player we used it for testing , we have since retested the player it all appears to be working fine tape ejects when you press the button , dvd, vhs and tv all works fine. the player has been resold to another customer who has not rasied any concerns
