    ‼️ Sent the wrong colour item and even after I sent photographic proof they still tried to gaslight me with “it looks grey to me, so I listed it as grey” when its nothing of the sort and very clearly says “dark brown” on the packaging 😂 I’ve honestly never had a customer experience like it in my life. Now I’m spending my precious time going to a post office to return it. AVOID. ‼️

    buyer completely miss-understood my explanation and responded in a very condescending tone for something that wasn´t my fault. For your information, I didn´t send the wrong color. Buyer had a different definition of the color chosen. We only have this product in two colors and it was listed accordingly
