FedEx passed the package to USPS and USPS service here is beyond horrible. I had to fight with USPS to get this package, and almost had to file a police report for a stolen item before they finally decided to fix their mistake. FedEx was using their SmartPost service to hand it off to USPS for delivery. FedEx tracking shows a "delivery exception" getting it to USPS, so I think the delay was caused by FedEx.
