Where I thought I'd get a dark brown (base) wig with platinum blonde highlights, I wound up w/something that looks more grey. You could also tell it had been through a lot, with the dyeing process. It took so long to get to me (no fault of seller in China) that I decided to try and fix the color myself, rendering any return a no-go. (I knew I'd have to pay to have it shipped back either way.) I failed to fix it & now I have a gray wig w/some white highlights.
