Seller Notes: “Internally in at least good+ condition, solid hinges, pages are clean and tidy save for dogeared ... “Internally in at least good+ condition, solid hinges, pages are clean and tidy save for dogeared lower corner at p. 117 and nick to bottom edge of p.115 (both well away from text), owner name to front endpaper, tanned front and rear endpapers, couple of points of gutter weakness. Externally in at least good+ condition, original green cloth boards with red lettering to front and spine, original red finish to top edge of the text block, good corners, wear to spine ends, the book is quite significantly cocked. Original dustjacket, in at least good+ condition, price clipped (would have been 8s6d), retains good colouring to both the front and rear panels, darkened spine, assorted chips and nicks to spine ends and all corners with minor losses, creasing along top edge with 1 short closed tear, former owner name & address sticker affixed to rear inner flap (a different owner to that who is named on the front endpaper).”
