    Seller packed chandelier I did not protect item . Chandelier came broken in many pieces. seller agreed to return item but is not sending me the funds to return it and the label they provided is not valid to send something from the US to Italy. This is an aggravating unfortunate experience. The item was very beautiful and it should’ve been wrapped and packed properly. The seller told me they put it in a smaller box so that they could save money on shipping
