Purchased fairly heavy machine motor, and to protect it during shipping seller built a plywood box within the cardboard shipping, and screwed the motor to the bottom to prevent it from shifting. He spent the time and energy to ensure it arrived undamaged. Also, after it shipped it appeared USPS lost it, and seller tracked it and took the time to notify me when it moved and was delivered (which wasn't necessary as he knew I was tracking it).
