- m***j (108)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe package was crushed to pieces by the Post Office. I never had an item damaged before so it took it back to the Post Office. The supervisor there took it and said he would record it as being damaged in shipment by the Post Office. He told me in order for me to receive a refund the seller would have to file a claim on USPS.com with the tracking number. I made 6 trips to the Post Office over this! I sent numerous Emails to the seller even providing the tracking # who refused to file the claim!Reply from: beachnut2006- Feedback replied by seller beachnut2006.- Feedback replied by seller beachnut2006.Buyer, claims package was damage. No return of car, or shipping box. Buyer should used Ebay for return. What else can I do.
