Today, another 3 days out, I got notice from Ebay and Paypal of a refund of my immediate payment 15 days ago. The reason on the Ebay notice was that seller said the item was Out of Stock or Damaged. I STILL never heard from the seller. Seller had use of my $ 15 days before I questioned whereabouts of the item.
