    Half of the lug nuts it came with are no good thread wise

    Confused here as the lug nuts were not included with the wheel spacers, only the regular nuts that hold the spacers to the wheel hubs. The nuts were all removed without issue. Since they are used nuts they must be installed the same direction that they were removed, shiny side inwards. Have sold dozens of pairs of these spacers and never once had issues with the retaining nuts.
