When contacted, seller mentioned google searches on how to bypass the activation lock, but had never really attempted it since he wasn't an 'apple' guy. Ok, cool - so you're selling a device that has never been tested with a 'No Return' policy. His words - 'I shipped it, you received it, not taking it back because it's caused me issues in the past'.
