However, occasionally things go wrong, it can happen to all of us, how those thingsd are put right is important. On this occasion I was unfortunately sent the wrong item, but that mistake was corrected with good grace and immediately. A Return was instigated and as soon as the incorrect item was received by the seller, the correct item was posted back out to me and arrived prompty, well packagaed and in excellent condition.
