    Seller represented this vase as being free of defects. Although well packaged, it arrived with a very visible, large crack through which water leaks. As such, it is essentially useless as a vase. I tried on two separate occasions to contact the seller through Ebay to arrange for a return without liability for shipping costs, because the item is not fit for its intended purpose. The seller failed to respond.
