    So, it took 3 days from the time I ordered it to receive it. Totally expected. Boxed up and stuffed with padding, and then the slab was wrapped in bubble wrap. So, shipping and packaging were done as you would have wanted. The item looks just like the pictures. Looks great. I think I did well on the value. But I also wanted it to complete my collection of the Wolverine series. :-) Best part. The guy from Gregory, Michigan did not try anything with the Columbus, OH guy. Go Bucks! ;-)

    This WOULD have been repairable, had the seller actually packed this with ANY care at all. It is destroyed, the optical block ITSELF is physically destroyed. So many broken parts. When will sellers learn that shippers DO NOT use white gloves to handle boxes? I would have left good feedback as a parts unit, but throwing in a box with a loose piece of bubble is NOT what you do! I don't like leaving bad feedback at all, but this seller earned it. Totally careless!!

    This item was shipped in a padded box with full insurance coverage. It is unfortunate that this happened, but that is what shipping insurance is for, when it does happen. Based on the amount of damage described, I don't think any amount of packaging would have guarded against this type of severe damage (photos of the damage would help). Please file an insurance claim with USPS, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
