This GPU and the Radiator are full of dust and will require a thorough cleaning before using it. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer return policy, but it is important to remember that it was sold for almost $28 off before taxes. That does not justify the product being shipped dusty but also doesn't exclude the fact that it was a good price deal for the buyer.
