    The MacBook works fine, the condition that it came in was shocking, completely filthy. I don't know how they refurbished a laptop whilst it being dirty, it makes me unsure they even refurbished it. I contacted them if they could refund me some money so I can pay for a cleaning kit which they said is fine. I've been waiting since September the 18th and they said "you should get it now" but I've received nothing. Terrible company avoid purchasing from them because they don't refurbish the items.
