I had downloaded the assembly instructions before delivery, to be quite honest I thought it would be overwhelming to assemble. Not the case at all, it took myself and grandson just a little more that 4 hours. Most everything was packages well, no missing pieces, just a could of the sleeves were bent and unusable. No worries how ever, Eveline took care of the issue post hast, great customer service!!! I love how it looks and the price unbeatable!!
