    The E3 1285V6 arrived several days earlier than expected. The CPU looked to have been given a thorough refresh - sparkling clean. Only noticeable use evidence was the surface marring on the LGA1151 hold-down tabs - entirety expected and acceptable. Installation went off without a hitch (i had thermal paste on hand). Only drawback: the stock cooler for the i7-6700 it replaced really isn't up to the task of keeping this CPU as cool as I would like - ordered a Noctua A12 Ghost for a SFF build.
