I did have a problem with the cord not fitting properly into the charger. I sent an email and asked the seller what they would do to resolve it and after sending pictures that they requested, they shipped me a replacement charger and cord within 2 days. Today I received the new one and it works perfectly! Their customer service is outstanding and I have no problem doing business with the again!
