They sent me another computer, but i needed to take a ram stick in the old computer and put it in the new one. I received the computer, swapped the sticks, and the power supply is making extremely odd noises before it turns on, but still connected to power. They asked me to swap power supplies if I was able, or take a return. Thankfully I got a full refund, but this was an extreme waste of time.
