I use a Surface Pro at work, so have had to borrow a charger. The pen had no battery in it, so I haven’t been able to check it yet. I sent a message via WhatsApp two days ago, as it said to do on their information sheet, but have had no response. If it had all worked well, it would have represented good value.

I don't know how they refurbished a laptop whilst it being dirty, it makes me unsure they even refurbished it. I contacted them if they could refund me some money so I can pay for a cleaning kit which they said is fine. I've been waiting since September the 18th and they said "you should get it now" but I've received nothing. Terrible company avoid purchasing from them because they don't refurbish the items.
