I was unable to connect the printer to Wi Fi or USB. As a result I ended up buying a new printer which I I connected to WiFi without any technical support. I seriosly doubt this was a new printer. The serial # csaid expired!!@

I installed the ink and got nothing but streaks. I was able to install newer ink from my old printer and got the new printer to work. When I reached to the seller for a credit for the ink, He responded but I got nowhere. I didn't get what I paid for! Ink is expensive.
