    TO QUOTE HIS FEEDBACK TO HIS CUSTOMER .."Not an understanding person at all and gave me negative feedback for something I had no control of." LIKEWISE... I am not in control of coins in the rolls! Do not leave positive feedback before buyers negative feedback! Clearly sealed rolls and only has pictures of ONE roll of pennies with a nice 1972 showing! Very unhappy with Ebay sending a return label then waiting to see what garbage he sends back. He is a newer Buyer/Seller BEWARE of SHANANIGANS!!!!!
