The electronic system buzzed and I pushed to talk and open the door. All I caught was the back of the delivery person leaving. My phone was next to me. Let me suggest, since I am disabled and we have no doorman, that the door code is used on the panel to leave the package in the lobby. It is 6172# or 9834#. Another suggestion for late courier service is to have them call 312-497-7548 when they're 5-10 minutes away. The first pack of filters were delivered on the expected date but the box was quite damaged in the shipping process and so were all the filters. I immediately contacted the seller, they asked for photos of the damaged items so I took some photos and sent them. Seller responded quickly apologizing for the trouble and said a new package would be sent. Four days later I received the new filters good condition.
