    I notified the seller that the item was defective as it would not maintain a Bluetooth connection. The seller kept asking for information I had already provided. The they said they would send a replacement but when I asked for a tracking number they then asked if my details were the same. I advised they were but then they wanted me to send them again. I sent them two days ago and still no response. I feel this seller is not trustworthy and don’t stand by their products or are helpful when. B
