Horrible experience. They didn't take any accountability for my hat being completely damaged in shipping due to incompetence. Wrapping loose pieces of cardboard around the hat as opposed to putting it in an actual box (like any sane person) was mind blowing. They charged $21 in shipping alone and cannot even package it safely. Do not trust this seller
