I complained about the quality of the diamonds as they appeared dull and lifeless unlike the ones in other rings I’ve had from I was told they would send another ring and I could return the other ring. Nothing happened no return method was sent and neither did the new ring. I’m extremely disappointed with how they’ve behaved. So beware you might receive something that doesn’t live up to your expectations but sometimes you might you have a 50/50 chance
