I have been buying on eBay for many years and have bought 1000's of items, never once have I left a negative feedback for any vendor. This will be my first and it is well deserved. I saw a 1996 -P American Silver Eagle NGC Certified MS-67 advertised and I bought it because I needed that specific SE with P mintage mark.. A few days later when the coin arrived I did not get what was advertised. I received a bouillon SE stapled between 2 pieced of carboard and nothing to prove it was MS 67.

The coin is in a certified NGC Holder. Again in a certified NGC Holder, graded MS-67. As I have explained in numerous reply's to you. Business struck ASE's are minted in Philadelphia.
