The add offered 100% return. I order the valve for the year of my car well there 2 different valves they sent the wrong one. I then asked for a refund they did not respond till 3 days later after i sent a massage. Talked with Ebay they told to reach out again, so I did I sent them a picture and told them the valve was different. again, they never reached back out till I sent them a massage told them this how you' by not resp them. They do not honor there 100 % return they offer.

I did not send the wrong valve, you purchased the wrong valve! Buyer sent me pictures of the unit he needed for his car and they was a clear difference between the two. eBay allowed me deny the return as this was a clear mistake on his end as I provided enough info/pics for him to tell the difference. I do accept returns in certain cases, but not when you clearly purchased the wrong item with doing 0 research about it, especially the n were is enough pictures. Never selling to this person again
