When I reached out to the seller, they defended their packaging and referenced their feedback which is why I am leaving this feedback for anyone else has this experience. I ordered 7 Beatles mugs in June and this is the ONLY ONE that arrived broken. This was not a carrier issue, this is a packaging issue. If you double box, the internal box needs to be protected and tight. This did not happen as the sides had zero protection.
