    This is actually a locket! There is a tiny screw at the bottom side witch can be removed! Also, my jeweler removed the chain and the top stone, and installed a bail instead to make it more versatile. The silver is very bright, so I very slightly oxidized the front (I would not recommend you doing it yourself unless you are either a jeweler or a chemist) to bring out the texture, and lined the locket with a black paper slip to show through the filigree for more dramatic effect. Love it!
