My item was delivered to me on hand yesterday morning on 6/10/24. Once in hand I noticed a sound as something was broken. I would assume Insufficient paper wrap or other form of protection wasn’t used to prevent breakage/damage. In my experience l would have written on any fragile contents Handle with Care written all over my Parcels (Boxes),etc.
