Came with 92% life and even had the updated firmware fix applied. It runs my windows 10 side fast while my xp install is on another drive. The Surface Pro 2 worked fine after hard drive initialization clean Windows installation.
The device did not come with Windows as stated. It took me a while to figure out that was the problem as it (correctly) booted to the screen shown in the pictures. If you get one of these, try booting with USB that is set up to install Windows 10. That fixed it for me.
Windows aside, the device was exactly as described down to the minor scratches on the back. Shipping was Fast!
