I bought a heart monitor and it would not work. It had been registered to another person. I contacted monitor company and they cannot UNDO another person's registration of a medical device. I immediately initiated a return through EBay. The seller said he would refund the $$.$$ BUT the tracking number I shared with the seller shows it in the Gainesville post office SINCE OCTOBER 10 stil. seller wont refund without the device BUT he knows it is lost AND HE CAN NOT RESELL IT BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN.
