Despite my note that the memory was defective, the replacement had the same bad memory. They then ‘replaced’ the memory again with another defective set. It felt like they don’t test their equipment. I had to follow up at every step and ultimately had no choice but to return it. The process took nearly 30 days. Extremely disappointing—won’t buy from this seller again.
