The seller on the other hand SUCKS.
I know that he can't control the mail, and I don't expect him to. On the other hand he does control whether or he gives refunds.
If anything goes wrong and you get sick of waiting TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, don't expect any answer from this clown other than "take it up with eBay."
