item was new, wrapped and never used. Look at the photos. unlikely that i knew the item was defective since it was new and, actually, selling it for a friend. refund would have been, gladly given and i would have taken the issue up with Amazon/Panasonic. Not sure a unilateral dismissal of the product warrants negative feedback. Sellers should be careful of this type of buyer.
