      I ordered a laptop from this seller and they chose to send me a much lower spec model to that which I had ordered in the apparent hope that I would not notice or care. I returned the item and after a lot of chasing they did refund me. Communication, quality and service are poor. I will not be using USMAC again. Hopefully they will take this feedback as constructive and improve.
