Item was exactly as shown. The head was in good shape. The rubber handles had some wear and the quick release lever a few dings - all pretty much what you'd expect from a used item. The pan and tilt angle scales were clean and readable. The handles all tightened/loosened smoothly and securely, pan and tilt movement was smooth and easy, and the quick release mechanism worked perfectly. An included Manfrotto 200PL RC2 quick release plate was also in good shape. Shipping was a bit expensive.
