Received case that was too small. Would have to break my Samsung S9 FE as too tight. Seller customer service was to offer a partial refund for an item I could not 100% use. I asked for a shipping label and was willing to pay the same amount they charged me. I would avoid this seller. Now eBay is telling me I closed the case??? I have been with eBay for more then 20 years and there is no buyer protection here anymore and even more concerning how can they say I closed the case when I did not?
