I messaged the seller twice to ask for info and they told me to google it. I worked it out myself in the end, you can adjust the width by about 50mm max on each end, and to adjust the length just pop out the bung on the last rung, untie the knot and remove each slat until the right length is achieved, you do not need to cut any of the cord , but do need to cut the ribbons
