DEVOLUCIONES Según lo estipulado en la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, se establece un plazo de devolución de 7 días a partir de la recepción del pedido. En caso de devolución, ésta deberá ser enviada en su embalaje original y sin haber sido desprecintada o manipulada. Los gastos del envío por devolución o cambio de producto serán asumidos por el cliente, siempre y cuando el motivo de dicha devolución no sea debido a un error nuestro, en ese caso nuestra agencia de transporte se pasará a recoger el pedido para proceder al cambio.
